DJ Interview: Emil Praga (Romania)

How did your DJ career start?

Well, in Second Life it started in a funny way because in my first days of my Inworld journey I met a guy who owned a Club and i started to be as a second manager in his Club. I was making the arrangements with the lights and all that stuff and after a while I don't know what made me think I could be a DJ so I just started at some small Clubs and after some time I was at a DJ contest and I got to the 4th place by then... But when I'm thinking how my mixing style was by then, I can say i was lucky to get to the 4th place. Time passed, i became better in my style, then i heard about Scoutlounge and i wanted to see if I was up to the challenge and ''YAY'' I made it. After this I hit up more other famous Clubs. I won't give names for free publicity (laughs). In real life I started to DJ because of Second Life. Yes that's right, I found out about my DJ talent on Second Life, so I said to myself why not give it a try also in real life. I was introduced to a DJ in a club and I learned the usage of switches from a player and a mixer. It went pretty well, now I'm just playing with music
